The Building and Maintenance Board advises the pastor and Pastoral Council on all aspects of the permanent physical components of the Parish campus, including the buildings, building components, utilities, parking lots, and hardscape and landscape features surrounding the buildings. In contemplating these various elements of the Parish campus, the committee is ever mindful that these physical components are not an end in themselves but exist to support the life of the our Catholic community both as a parish community and the larger neighborhood community. Ideas, involvement and cooperation of community stakeholders are vital to assist the pastor and community in preserving and enhancing all the physical components of the campus. In absence of a parish facilities staff person, members of the committee on a volunteer basis often take on an implementation role in order to accomplish desired parish projects.

We Work to ensure that every liturgical celebration within the parish is planned well and presented so that these liturgies are a source of spiritual strength, inspiration and hope for all participants. Our work is guided by the liturgical guidelines as stated in the General Instructions of the Roman Missal (GIRM), diocesan directives and other liturgical documents of the Church which are provided to parish liturgical teams for use in planning parish liturgical celebrations. The Board is responsible for evaluating and assessing the way liturgies are celebrated, developing ministers, and educating the parish about liturgy’s role and function in their lives. The board provides direction for those persons who plan the liturgical seasons, sacramental celebrations, and other liturgical events. The collective efforts of board members assure the development of all ministries at our Parish so that good liturgy is done by all who participate.
