Presentation Latin American Club (PLAC),
is dedicated to increasing the awareness and appreciation of the many
diverse Hispanic cultures and ethnicities at Presentaion Parish through
dialogue, and cultural events.
Our group seeks to promote cultural pride and the value of and appreciation for diversity by educating the broader Presentation community about the history and religious of the hispanic culture.
Our primary event of the year is the Celebration of Our Blessed Mother
Starting with a 10:30 Mass celebrated in Spanish where members present religious artifacts and ceremonies, we adjourn to the Higgins Hall (school gym) for a catered Mexican style lunch, with entertainment (dancing and music) by various ethnic groups.
